PAINTINGS

Are your paintings/prints signed?

Yes, each painting and print is hand signed by me and bears my signature in the lower right hand corner.

SHIPPING

How do you ship your paintings and prints?

Paintings are sealed in an acid-free, protective clear bag and backed with a rigid board to prevent bending or damage.

Paintings are then shipped in a heavy, sturdy cardboard envelope to further protect the painting in transit.

Prints are sealed in an acid-free protective clear bag and shipped in a heavy cardboard round tube.

Which carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped USPS First Class mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once I ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a USPS tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship to the United States and Canada.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 5-7 days for order processing, but I typically ship within a few days of recieving an order.

Once your order is shipped, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. 

Shipping times may vary depending on where the order is going and unforeseen variables like weather.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All orders are final, no refunds or exchanges. 

What if I don't get my order after it's shipped?

Kate Snow Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Remember, original one-of-a-kind paintings cannot be replaced.

It is highly recommended that you choose the "Standard Plus Signature and Insurance" shipping option at checkout.

This option ensures that you must sign for your package to be delivered to avoid theft. It also offers $120.00 of insurance in case your order is lost or damaged.

Refunds will not be issued for orders that were undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided on orders.

If your order is returned to me due to an insufficient address provided on your order, was refused by recipient, or sent to an invalid address, I will attempt to contact you once I receive the returned order. If I have to resend your order, you'll have to cover shipping costs.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Kate Snow Art is not responsible for items damaged during shipping or transit.

Please use the "Standard Plus Signature and Insurance" option at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please file an insurance claim with USPS. For more information on damages and claims, click here.

What if I received the wrong item/order?

Contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to correct your order.

I will ask you to send back the incorrect item, and I will mail you the correct one. You will not be responsible for shipping charges to correct your order. 

I received my order, but it's missing an item?

Contact me as soon as possible, and I will send you the missing item for no additional fee.
